Safety and health is of the utmost priority in Site Logistics polices. We comply with all legal requirements regarding O.H.S safety acts enforcing (S.O.P.) standard operating procedures / (J.S.A.) job specific analysis.(J.H.A) job hazard analysis. Privacy

The protection of personal information in the private sector is required by the Privacy Act 1988 as amended and update 29 March 2011 (Act No. 119 of 1988). All employees and officers of Site Logistics are expected to comply with the Act concerning the protection of personal information.

The information you give us is kept in the most strictest of confidence between Site Logistics and prospective employers under no circumstances can this private information be assessable anywhere else under the privacy act; We only need to know what is requested in the application form,please do not give private bank details. That is only required when you have accepted and signed a letter of offer of employment,so you can be electronically paid.

Remuneration

depending on the company infrastructure you would normally be paid electorally into your bank account with direct debit taxation, days worked and days off vary.There could be a (F.I.F.O)fly in fly out,situation. all employees are subject to what is on offer.A career path in the mining industry can lead to above average earnings,that will depend on the position applied for the skills,experience,and relevant factors. The company could be operating under a (E.B.A.) enterprise bargaining agreement, or contract agreement or an other agreement this will be established once full time employment is sustained.
